Shipping Policy
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Metro cities: 3–5 business days; Other locations: 5–8 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Free Shipping on orders above ₹999; ₹79 on orders below ₹999.
- Prepaid Offer: Get 5% off on prepaid orders (as shown in the top bar).
- Order Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
- Delays: External factors (courier constraints, weather, strikes, etc.) can occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window & Eligibility
- Return Window: Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.
- Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@everpurewellness.com with your order ID, product name, and reason for return. (You may attach photos if applicable.)
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and share the next steps.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup where available, or share the return address and instructions.
Refunds
- Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval (bank timelines may vary).
Damaged / Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We will prioritize a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items purchased during clearance/special promotions (unless damaged/incorrect on arrival)
- Gift cards and free samples
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are currently not supported. Please place a new order after your return is approved and refunded.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support@everpurewellness.com.
- Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible; please follow the return process after delivery.
